How to track your support request's progress |

When you first lodged the support request, you should have received a confirmation email containing a ticket number.
If you have the number, then you can view the status of your request by simply entering your email address and the ticket number.
If you have lost the number, then you cannot track the progress of the request. You will have to lodge another request (believe it or not !) to find out the original one's progress - so please, please, please keep the email with the ticket number :-)
